REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS:
If the item is defective, broken, or spilled during shipping, please email us pictures of the product issue and once we have talked to you, we will ship out a replacement product as soon as possible.
Don't love our products? Contact us within 30 days of and we'll refund your money minus shipping charges and taxes.
FOR CANCELLATIONS:
If you contact us before your order has been shipped, we'll refund you in full and cancel your order.
If you contact us after your order has been shipped, please mark the box "RETURN TO SENDER" and send the package back to us unopened. Once we have received the order, we will refund you minus shipping charges and taxes.
